By signing up for online services, you will be able to complete a variety of different tasks online rather than having to contact the practice:
View past and future appointments
Order recent and regular repeat medications
View parts of your medical record such as vaccine history
Access test results
In order to sign up for online services, please come into the practice to fill in a registration form for online services, and bring into the surgery with some form of ID.
You can also sign up for online access on behalf of another patient, ie a child or partner. This is know as Proxy online access.
If you have already set up an NHS Login, you can use the same details to access this service.
